Collector Nilesh Kumar Mahadev Kshirsagar told in the press conference that 552 tribal dominated villages of North Bastar Kanker district are included under the Adi Karmayogi campaign. The objective of this campaign is to ensure saturation of various schemes related to the development and welfare of scheduled tribes.

- *Objective*: To ensure saturation of various schemes for the development and welfare of scheduled tribes.
- *Essential facilities*: To provide basic facilities like housing, roads, health, education and employment.
- *Implementation*: Trainers will be prepared at the district level and block level and cadres at the village level, which will include non-governmental organizations, self-help groups, panchayat secretaries and youth.
- *Adi Seva Kendra*: Adi Seva Kendra will be established in each selected village, where various government services will be provided and Gram Sabha meeting will be organized.
- *Seva Parv and Adi Karmayogi Seva Abhiyan*: To be held from September 17 to October 2, 2025, aimed at empowering grassroots level officers and employees with the spirit of service, dedication and good governance.
The Collector informed that for this campaign, the Chief Executive Officer of the District Panchayat has been made the district level nodal officer and in-charge Mandal conveners and district level master trainers have been appointed for training.
