Jagalapur-There is anger among the teachers' organizations and workers' associations regarding the arbitration in Chhattisgarh. 21 teachers' organizations of Chhattisgarh have formed a common platform to protest against the arbitration and have demanded the government to withdraw this policy. Their argument is that arbitration will lead to reduction in the number of teachers and the quality of education will be affected.
He further said that due to the rationalization, the number of teachers will be reduced, which will affect the quality of education.
Also, due to rationalization, there will be a shortage of teachers in schools, due to which students will not be able to get proper education.
In this regard, the junior employees' authority federation including the teachers' union have demanded a ban on the implementation of the rationalization policy. The federation believes that due to rationalization, teachers will have to bear additional workload and the quality of education will be affected. They have submitted their report to the Secretary, School Education Department and demanded a ban on rationalization policy.
The school teachers' union told that the counseling going on in the district should be stopped immediately because some teachers are on vacation during summer.
